Employer Membership Campaign

  1. OBJECTIVES:
    The National office will begin a campaign to increase membership from organizations with larger staffs. The program is designed to include more employees from companies and organizations that have 10 or more employees.

  2. STRATEGIES:
    1. Brochure that speaks to the benefits of having employees as SAF members.
    2. Presentation that compliments brochure and can be tailored to each organization
    3. Target list of organizations that could most benefit from multiple-memberships

  3. TIMELINE:
    Jan. 2009
    Complete brochure and presentation

    Feb. 2009
    Complete initial list of organizations

    March 2009
    Mailing of brochure

    April 2009
    Follow-up calls to those receiving brochures AND setting specific meetings to discuss

    May-Aug. 2009
    Conduct meetings and followups to complete membership agreements

    Oct. 2009
    Include ad/mention in Source of new company memberships

    Nov. 2009
    Analyze results and modify.
    Repeat if successful.
