User Group Meetings
User Group Meetings can be an ideal environment for business and organizations to attract clients, prospective clients and stakeholders. Businesses or organizations can invite participants of their choosing: distributors, re-sellers, clients and stakeholders; SAF and non-SAF members.
Agenda: The agenda is yours to design and plan and can be used to provide a forum for training, certification, new product introduction, and applications.
Meeting Rooms: Meeting rooms will be made available for companies or organization wanting to plan an all day or half-day "User Group" meeting. The rooms can accommodate 50-75 participants and will be set up to meet all your audio visual needs.
How to Sign-up: User Group Meetings will be scheduled for a full or half day on Tuesday, October 26 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Interested attendees must register online for the SAF Convention to participate in these sessions. The session is free to all registered attendees.
If you plan to attend the convention for one day only, then select the Thursday day-rate. Your registration fee for Thursday will include the User Group meeting, the Icebreaker Reception on Wednesday evening in the Exhibit Hall, and attendance to all the technical and scientific sessions as well as access to the Exhibit Hall on Thursday, October 28.
