Convention Cancellation/Refund Policy

No convention refunds will be available after Friday, September 24, 2010. All convention cancellations and request for refunds must be received in writing by Friday, September 24, 2010. Fax your request to (301) 897-3690, Attn: Registrar, Request for Refund. A $50 administrative fee will be deducted from the total refunded amount.
