Nominations for SAF Board seat positions for Districts 3, 6, and 9, and Vice President for 2022 are closed. Elections for these offices will be held in October.
Looking ahead to 2023, we are seeking strong and vibrant leaders to join the SAF Board and serve in the roles of SAF vice president and board members for Districts 2, 5, 8 and 11, with service starting January 1, 2023.
The SAF Board provides leadership and direction to the Society in achieving its mission, with a president, vice president, immediate past president and 11 members (one from each voting district). A vice president is elected annually leading to president and immediate past president. District board members are elected to three-year terms.

Elections take place in October. Newly elected members should plan on attending the SAF Board meeting in December 2022 in Washington, DC for shadowing and orientation.

Election in 2023, starting term in 2024: Districts 1, 4, 7, and 10.
Election in 2024, starting term in 2025: Districts 3, 6, and 9
Vice President is voted on an annual basis.
