Field Foresters Recognized at National Convention

The Society of American Foresters (SAF) announced 11 foresters from around the country as the recipients of the 2017 Presidential Field Forester Awards. They were recognized at the 2017 SAF National Convention, held November 15–19 in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

The award recognizes foresters who have dedicated their professional careers to the application of forestry on the ground using sound, scientific methods and adaptive management strategies.
