SAF Releases 2016 Progress Report

The Society of American Foresters has released a 2016 Progress Report to highlight some of this year’s achievements. The report shares a brief look at some of SAF’s current activities, program achievements, and key member efforts.

The report is not comprehensive but rather shares a few examples of the ongoing SAF work on priority programs and focus areas.

“We invite you to peruse this report and consider it a sampler of what you can be involved with, or new areas of interest to explore,” writes Clark Seely, SAF President, and Matt Menashes, SAF CEO. “In the spirit of positive communications and keeping the lines open, please contact either of us any time you have a concern, want to share a thought on our work, or just chat about the Society and our profession.”

The report is available electronically below and will be distributed in print at the SAF National Convention in Madison, Wisconsin.
