Working Groups MeetUp

Friday, November 17 • 5:30 pm–6:30 pm

Working Groups are SAF communities of interest and practice intended to: engage in conversations to connect research, management practices, and policy; connect members by building relationships and a network of peers; organize scientific and technical sessions for the SAF convention, State Society meetings, and other conferences such as the biennial North American Forest Ecology Workshop (NAFEW) and the Southeastern Recreation Research Conference (SERR); and help develop continuing education and professional development programs for ForestEd.org.

The 2017 MeetUp provides an opportunity to learn what these communities are doing, ask questions, contribute to development of the 2018 convention program or other educational content, give you a voice in the dialog–or start a new community.
