Registration: All speakers, poster authors, and moderators must register for a minimum of a one-day registration fee. Student presenters may register at the Student rate.
Poster Guidelines
ALL POSTERS MUST FIT within a space that is 42 inches wide by 40 inches high (107 cm by 102 cm). Oversized posters will be taken down.
Poster Set-Up
Tuesday, October 2 • 3:00 pm–7:00 pm and Wednesday, October 3 • 8:00 am–3:00 pm and 5:30 pm-7:00 pm
Each poster will be assigned a numbered space that you will receive when you check in at the poster desk. DO NOT change the sequence of numbers once you receive your poster assignment. You will be responsible for the set up of your own poster.
Poster Break-Down
Friday, October 6 • 4:00 pm–6:00 pm
Posters must be taken down on Friday between 4:00 and 6:00 pm. Materials remaining after that time will be discarded.
