Guest Registration

Guest registration includes all receptions, complimentary admission into the Exhibit Hall, refreshment breaks, opening ceremony/welcome, and purchase tickets for optional leisure and technical tours.

Registered Guests include family members (16 years of age or older) or friends who are not in the forestry or natural resources management profession. SAF members, those eligible for SAF membership, and those in the profession must register at the full registration fee. Guests are not permitted to attend plenary sessions (other than opening ceremony/welcome), concurrent sessions, or receive CFE credit.

Cancellation Policy

NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 2. A $50 administrative fee will be deducted from the total refunded amount.

Consent Clause

Registration and attendance at, or participation in SAF Convention constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs and recording for marketing and promotion by the venue, host city, and SAF national office.

EXCLUDED: Recording and collecting material of an entire presentation, by a third-party, is prohibited.  SAF reserves the right to record an entire presentation. SAF's use and distribution of recordings is contingent on prior presenter approval.

Tours

See a tour you like? Don't wait to register. Tours that do not receive enough interest by September 18 may be canceled. If canceled, registered participants will be contacted to choose another tour or receive a refund.
