Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel your registration and request a full refund until 6:00 PM ET on September 28,2020. A $75 administrative fee will be deducted from the total refund due. Refund requests received after that date will not be accepted except in the case of a personal emergency occurring on or before October 28, 2020. SAF reserves the right to request verification prior to issuing a refund.

Attendees are solely responsible for the integrity of their internet connection and electronic equipment function. Under no circumstances will SAF issue a refund in connection with the attendee's ability to connect to the internet. SAF and its virtual convention service provider will be available to assist attendees with connection and access technical issues for the duration of SAF2020. 

Prohibited Actions

SAF2020 registrants and attendees are strictly prohibited from sharing their convention login information and/or intentionally sharing their access to convention content and programming with anyone else, either directly or through attempted rebroadcast. Attendees are also prohibited from recording partial or entire presentations, except those for which they are the exclusive presenter or are recording content for the purpose of uploading to SAF's virtual convention platform. Any of these prohibited actions will result in the registrant or attendee's expulsion from the convention upon discovery, denial of all CFE's earned through SAF2020, and no refund issued.

Consent Clause

Registration and attendance at, or participation in the SAF National Convention (SAF2020) constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image, voice, and/or virtual convention chat messages in photographs and audio/video recordings for SAF's marketing and promotion of this event and SAF as an organization. SAF reserves the right to record entire presentation. SAF's use and distribution of recordings is contingent upon prior presenter approval and not attendee approval.

Requirements for Virtual Participation

Internet connectivity is required in order to access SAF's 2020 Virtual Conference. The majority of the sessions will be taking place in Zoom Webinar. Click here to view Zoom system requirements . 

Please note: A webcam is required for presenters but not for attendees, unless you want to be on camera.
