Biography

About
I work for the Iowa Department of Natural Resources as the Area Forester for Stephens State Forest, a public forest in south-central Iowa. I have been in this position since 2008.
Past Experience
Before working for the Iowa DNR, I worked with a private forestry consulting firm. I have also held positions with county conservation boards, non-profit organizations, and private companies throughout Iowa.
Education
I received my B.S. in Forestry from Iowa State University. I also attended Northern Arizona University. I hold an A.A.S degree in Parks and Natural Resources from Kirkwood Community College.
