Cancellations and refunds for subscriptions that are already paid for Forest Science and the Journal of Forestry may be made up to 30 days before the publication date of the first issue of that year’s volume; a 10% or $50, whichever is greater, processing fee will be dedicated from any refund owed. Cancellations requested after the start of the subscription period will be honored starting with the next subscription period and no refund will be offered. Requests must be made in writing showing the following information: subscriber number; name of individual or organization; member type (if applicable), date, amount, and payment type/check number of payment; and the title and format of the journal(s). Address all requests to [email protected]. Format Change Policy Requests for format changes (eg, changing from print to print+online, print to online only, etc.) will be honored for upgrades only. For downgrades in formats, a $50 administrative fee will be deducted from any refund due.
