The Georgia Division of the Southeastern Society of American Foresters is dedicated to advancing the science, technology, education, and practice of professional forestry in America, U.S. Territories and Canada, and especially the State of Georgia.

The Division also strives to use the knowledge and skills of the profession to benefit society and to provide an opportunity for better liaison between the individual member, the Division representatives, and the parent Society.
