Program rules:
1.
You must be a current U.S. SAF member to participate in the program, beginning June 1 of each year and running through May 31 of the next year. This program not eligible outside the United States.
2.
Professional members are not eligible to receive awards for recruiting SAF Student members or Graduate Student members.
3.
SAF Student members or Graduate Student members are eligible to earn awards under this referral program for recruiting Student members or Graduate Student members.
4.
The referee must be a new member or have not been an SAF member for at least two years.
5.
Completed referral applications must:
a) Be received with full dues payment by May 31st of the current program year.
b) Include the referrer’s Full Name and Member ID number in the fields on the online join application.
6.
Applications received without a recruiter's valid Full Name or Member ID will not be considered for an award; there will be no retroactive qualifying of recruiters. SAF staff will not edit submitted applications.
7.
Overall award: The Top Recruiters are determined by the total number of eligible recruited prospects that join SAF during the program year. In the event of a tie, the overall award will be decided via a drawing by the current SAF President.
8.
This program not eligible outside the United States.
9.
The Overall Top Recruiters if selecting the in-person Board of Directors meeting must attend during the program year.
10.
Refunds or credits will not be granted for failure to redeem awards or for failure to attend an event and will follow SAF’s event cancellation policy.
11.
Awards may not be transferred to another current member; the above rules still apply.
12.
A top five leaderboard will be listed in the eForester newsletter the second week of each month; SAF staff will not give individual status reports.
