IMPORTANT
Registration fees do not include accommodations. Make your reservations early to take advantage of lower rates. We do not use a third party reservation firm. If you are contacted, please do not use their services.

Cancellation Policy

Written requests for refunds must be received no later than Thursday, April 5, 2018. No registration refunds will be issued for requests received after Thursday, April 5, 2018. A $50 administrative fee will be deducted from the total refunded amount.

Consent Clause

Registration and attendance at, or participation in SAF events constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes, including but not limited the venue, the host city, and the host CVB.
